it always not on time and also kinda late delivery.my experience getting my item always good but sometimes i see workers on the branches throw the package on the truck like wouldn't the package damage?Also i have order an item from decathlon on thursday.the friday was public holiday and i expect it comes to saturday but no it does not.it's next day delivery,i know the friday the public holiday but why you cannot deliver items on saturday?i trace the package and the package is on the nearest Branch.i'm so excited to get my package on saturday.but until 12:30 which closing time for saturday,i called the customer service and they said that they can't deliver my item on saturday.What?! it's just from Petaling Jaya to Hulu Langat,it's not that far!then i called the Nearest Branch which my item is on the branch and they say they can't deliver the item cause it's just inbound.but the imbound just in 8:03 Am on the same day! 8:30 is the opening and i wait till it closes.GD Express is a Bad Courier.I think i prefer PosLaju Than GD Express
